Positioning PR Campaing for University Students' Union
To strengthen visibility and engagement around student leadership, I proposed and led the development of the Guild of Students’ first PR & Media Pack for elected officers. From refreshed headshots to on-brand campaign visuals, the initiative helped humanise student representation, contributing to a 30% increase in election participation the following year.

The Challenge: The Guild of Students at the University of Birmingham lacked a cohesive public-facing presence for its Student Representation Officers. There were no consistent PR materials, headshots, or on-campus visuals to introduce the elected officers to the student body. As a result, awareness and engagement around student elections remained low.
Solution: After conducting a full marketing audit and content review, I identified a critical gap: students didn’t know who their elected reps were, and there was no emotional connection or visibility.
