The Communications and Marketing team meticulously planned every detail, from crafting award categories that celebrated diverse contributions from “Outstanding Activity” to “Volunteer of the Year” to ensuring an inclusive space for all nominees.

the Guild Awards team went the extra mile to curate a truly personalized experience. During registration, nominees specified dietary preferences, drink choices, and even course preferences – a small touch that reflected the dedication to making everyone feel valued.

The celebration was not confined to the Aston Webb Building's grand walls. The event was livestreamed on Guild TV, allowing the entire student body to join the festivities. Additionally, the UOB radio station buzzed with pre-event discussions, ensuring that the Guild Awards became the talk of the campus.

From designing user-friendly experiences to securing captivating performances, the team meticulously planned every aspect.
